Happy New Year > We wish all of our past customers an enjoyable New Year getting many miles in on their custom titanium Setavento frames.

Setavento is now closed. After three years delivering all types of custom titanium bicycle frames we are no longer accepting orders for new frames. We would like to thank all of our customers for their support, and to congratulate Team Tor 2000 for all they achieved during 2006-2007.

There will be a Sale of Clearance frames which is planned for sometime in February or March '08. When the Sale is ready we will post more information here.

It was a pleasure to deal with cyclists from all over the world. We look forward to meeting more of you at races, cyclo-sportif events, and cycle shows in a personal capacity in the future.

Back to Work > For the past month ill health has delayed our operations. We are concentrating on getting all frame repairs completed before tackling any other frame builds. If you have a frame repair with us we will be in touch to arrange it's delivery as soon as the frame is ready.

Setavento Riders > Reports have been coming in of Setavento riders making it to the top of many of the classic Alpine climbs this summer. Our congratulations to all whose who achieved their "Grail" climbs. Allez! Allez!

Email Status - 24 September > Since last week our founder and frame designer James has been ill in China with a high fever, unable to work or email. If you have recently sent him an email we ask for your patience while he convalesces. We wish him a speedy recovery!

Setavento Holiday > We are currently on holiday and closed to general enquiries and frame orders until September. Please note that we are unable to respond to sales or related emails until then.

Setavento.com Circuit Race Series > Setavento are delighted to be sponsoring the Ilton Circuit Race Sseries. We're supporting this event financially and have also donated a custom titanium frame to the overall series winner! Setavento will construct a titanium frame to the winner's requirements, producing your own dream machine — whether for road, time trial, touring etc... Setavento Clearance Sale! > Once a year we clear out our stockroom and place the frames we find on sale on the website. A variety of prototype frames, unused team frames, refurbished retail returns, and the highly rated Cycling Plus Singlespeed Review frame! All are made from Grade 9 3Al/2.5V titanium and come with a full lifetime warranty.

Team Tor 2000 Take 2nd and 5th Placings & Best Performing Team > In a very competitive field Team Tor 2000 delivered another great performance. The race was over 56km or 14 laps around the exposed and blustery Thruxton Race Circuit. There were two races, the Elite,1,2 race – starting one minute in advance of the 3rd Category race all over the same distance.

Setavento Team Tor Take 1st and 2nd > Tor have won the Frome Time Trial, the opening time trial of the season in the South West. It was a hilly 10-mile course on a very windy day. Simon Breakwell and Stu Dodd rode to first place with a time of 21:49. Graeme Lackford and Doub Dewey rode in second place with 23:00.

Changes for 2007 > 2007 is an exciting year for Setavento as we launch a range of new MTB frames and options, roll out the Setavento Authorised Dealer Network, and open our Special Projects Department. To make way for these developments our frame prices will be revised with effect from 1st March 2007, our first increase for two years.

New decals > We've updated our decals for 2007. All frames get a new chrome aluminium headtube badge. Our road frames are sporting a sleeker set of all-white decals for a very clean look against brushed titanium. For MTB we're going stealth with a simple black outline treatment.

Production Disrupted Due To S.E. Asia Earthquake > We're getting regular frame shipments to our finishing centre in Beijing, and our supply chain is straightening out. If you're waiting for a frame delivery you should have heard from us by now. From this week we're starting on the requests we've received in the past few weeks, and accepting new frame orders. Thank you for sticking with us!
